Scott Dickey joined Transactis in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer to oversee client services, product management, and the day to day operations of the business. Mr. Dickey has an extensive career in banking and payment processing, most notably serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of REMITCO, a company he helped launch in 1997 with Joe Proto. In 2000 REMITCO was sold to First Data Corp. and Mr. Dickey stayed with the company until 2007. Mr. Dickey started his career in operations in the credit card division of Citibank and went on to run operations for AT&T Universal Card. In addition to his operations and technology expertise, Mr. Dickey is well known for delivering high quality and exceeding customer expectations.

Alex Reznik

Alex Reznik joined Transactis in 2011 bringing over 17 years of enterprise software development and management experience. Most recently Mr. Reznik served as Vice President, North American Head of Application Development, Support and Quality Assurance for GfK Custom research, a leading international market research provider. At GfK, he managed the design, development, implementation and support of all business and technology systems. Mr. Reznik has held senior level positions at Merrill Lynch, Time Warner, American Express, and H&R Block, where he has been responsible for the architecture, design, development, integration and delivery of enterprise business software solutions.

Rick Fiorito

Rick Fiorito brings more than 30 years of experience in information technology, receivables management and payments. In senior leadership positions at AT&T, Verizon/MCI, SkyTel, NCO, BNY Mellon and ACI/ORCC, Mr. Fiorito developed the reputation as an innovative leader and developed repeatable business practices to accelerate profitable revenue growth. As president of Accelerated Payment Systems/NCO, an early EBPP market entrant, he introduced many of the epayment industry best practices that are common today. Rick Fiorito joined Transactis in April 2014 as the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for leading the sales, marketing and product management team to exceed revenue goals and strengthen Transactis’ EBPP and EIPP market leadership.

Bil Manes

Bil Manes joined Transactis in 2009 as Vice President, Business Development and had a variety of responsibilities in Sales, Business Development and Relationship Management, until being appointed Chief Strategy Officer in 2013. Mr. Manes has 30 years of experience in delivering technology based solutions. Prior to joining Transactis, Mr. Manes was a Senior Strategic Development Executive with Online Resources Corporation (now ACI), responsible for channel relationships for its eCommerce Division. Prior to ORCC, Mr. Manes was a Senior Sales Executive with Pitney Bowes. Mr. Manes has extensive knowledge of payments, emerging technologies and strategic alliances and works closely with Transactis’ resellers, clients and prospects to develop solutions which drive revenue growth.

Jim Fornari has more than thirty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer in New York and numerous federal trial courts throughout the United States. He specializes in Intellectual Property, product liability defense and commercial litigation, emphasizing pharmaceutical and medical appliance defense in federal and state cases. Representative of Mr. Fornari’s broad litigation experience, he has served as Lead counsel to the largest U. S. manufacturer of industrial materials handling equipment, lead trial attorney for Baxter International in the silicone breast implant cases and trial counsel on Commercial and patent litigation in the ATM litigations and Teller card encryption litigation (Lemeison) In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Fornari has counseled corporate and real estate clients and has been actively involved as a principal and counsel to a number of businesses in structuring financing transactions, negotiation acquisitions, real estate and asset transfers and representing entities in public and private securities offerings.

Annamaria Malara

Annamaria Malara leads Transactis’ accounting and finance teams. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor in the Banking and Capital markets industry; her clients included Freddie Mac, J.P. Morgan Chase, and RG Financial. After leaving PwC, Ms. Malara spent time at Calabrio, where she gained valuable experience regarding the unique financial challenges facing technology start-ups. Ms. Malara received her CPA license from New York State in 2009.

James J. Chin is the Senior Vice President, Chief Capital Markets Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a holding company with interests in a diversified portfolio of public and private investments. Mr. Chin is actively involved in the investment and portfolio management activities of MacAndrews & Forbes and is responsible for the structuring and execution of all capital markets transactions for the company. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes, Mr. Chin was an investment professional at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm.  As Vice President of Capital Markets at Warburg, he supervised the financings for all leveraged buyout investments and all portfolio company initial public offerings. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Mr. Chin was an investment banker in the leveraged finance, project finance and corporate finance groups of Goldman Sachs while based in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Chin currently serves as the Vice Chairman on the Board of Trustees of the China Institute. Mr. Chin also serves on the Yale Law School Fund Board. Mr. Chin is a graduate of the Yale Law School and Amherst College.

John Eyler

John Eyler retired from Toys "R" Us, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer in July, 2005. Mr. Eyler joined Toys "R" Us in January, 2000 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as Chairman of the Toys "R" Us Childrens fund from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Eyler was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FAO Schwarz from 1992 to 2000 and spent his entire career prior to that in retailing including becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of May D & F, a department store in Denver Colorado at the age of 32. He served on the Board of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation for eight years, was a member of the NYC 2012 Board and a Board member of the Donna Karan Corporation from 1999 to 2001. For the past five years Mr. Eyler has served as President of Titan Sculpture Inc. which represents Roberto Santo's sculptures and paintings globally. He is an Advisory Board member of the College of the Environment at the University of Washington, and manages a charitable foundation created upon his retirement with a primary focus on improving the lives of children. At Safeguard, Phil is responsible for sourcing opportunities in financial technology and Enterprise 3.0. Prior to Safeguard, Phil was President and CEO at EDGAR Online, Inc. (Nasdaq: EDGR); led Cassiopae’s MBO from Capmark; spent 15 years in various senior level positions at Microsoft, including General Manager of the Professional Services Industry, General Manager of Global Customers, and Global Manager Enterprise Services and Partners for the U.S. East Region; and co-founded Orion Systems Group, which was later acquired by SunGard. Phil began his career at GE Aerospace as a software developer, and since then has served as an Angel Investor in ten companies, ranging from start-ups to $3 million growth companies. Ms. Barrett is a 25-year financial services veteran and is currently the president of M2B Solutions. She is a former banking executive of Bank One (now JP Morgan Chase) who specialized in developing innovative and patented products. Such products have included the Merrill Lynch CMA account and the 401(k) credit card. Ms. Barrett managed Bank One's dial terminal authorization service later adopted by Visa. Jack Calabrese

Mr. Calabrese began a distinguished four-decade career in 1965 with First National Bank of Denver, acquired by First Interstate which included positions in lending, operations and marketing.  Mr. Calabrese managed the Cash Management business and, as Senior Management Committee Member, represented all Bank Operations for the Denver Bank as well as lead many areas for First Interstate Bank. In addition, Mr. Calabrese was a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and currently serves on their advisory board. Recruited by First Data Corporation (FDC) in 1992, Mr. Calabrese held various positions helping the company grow from under $1B to over $10B in annual revenue.  Since his departure from FDC in 2002, Mr. Calabrese has created retail and real estate businesses mentoring new and seasoned entrepreneurs. Jack continues to be an active investor in real estate and other financial opportunities.

As executive vice president of Harland Clarke’s Payments division, Rick Ebrey leads sales, operations, marketing, and client support focused on ensuring continued profitable growth for the company’s largest business segment. Prior to his current role, Rick was vice president, Major Account and Investment Services division, where he oversaw Harland Clarke’s business development efforts for large banking and brokerage clients. Rick joined Harland Clarke in 1994 and has more than 20 years of sales leadership and client management experience. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.

Jerry Facciani

Gerald D. Facciani is an entrepreneur who created and built Facciani & Company, an employee benefit and actuarial consulting firm in Northeastern Ohio, from 1976 through 1991, at which time he sold the business to a trans-atlantic public company.  When the sale occurred, Facciani & Company was the largest individually-owned firm of its kind in the US.  Mr. Facciani has been President of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (1982), and he has served on numerous professional commissions and boards.  He is a well-known author, speaker and expert on Social Security, public retirement programs and private retirement programs.  Mr. Facciani has served on many for profit and not-for-profit boards, including being Chairman of the Board of the Las Vegas Art Museum from 2003 to 2006.  He and his wife, Karen, created the 501(c)(3) organization Nevada Foundation for the Arts in the early 2000s to help provide scholarships for mostly at-need students in Clark County NV.  In 2010, Mr. Facciani matriculated at Yale Divinity School, from which he earned a Master’s degree in Religion in May 2013.

John Frankel

John Frankel has been an early-stage venture investor since 1999.  Mr. Frankel was one of the earliest investors in Quigo Technologies, which was purchased by AOL in December 2007, and in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD on NASDAQ), which had a successful IPO in March 2011. He has also served and/or now serves on the boards of 500px,Adcade, Apparel Media Group, AppyCouple, Alerts.com, Centzy, ClearPath Immigration, Infochimps, InteraXon, Gobbler, Klout, Patents.com, Parse.ly, Phone.com, Quigo Technologies, StrongTech, The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, Track.com, VolunteerSpot and Voxy. He is also a Mentor with the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator program. He worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 21 years in a variety of roles that involved technology development, reengineering, and capital markets. He started his business career with Arthur Anderson & Co. in the audit and insolvency divisions. Mr. Frankel earned a Master of Arts from New College, Oxford where he studied Mathematics, Philosophy and Logic, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Geoff  is a Partner at iNovia Capital, an early stage venture investor.  He was a co-founder of 24/7 Media; previously the President of Interactive Imaginations, 1 of 3 companies that merged to form 24/7 Media in 1997. 24/7 Media went public in August 1998 and was acquired by WPP in 2007 for $649MM. He was at iMarket, where he was the VP Marketing. Mr. Judge spent nine years at American Express in the Card Division in several roles including VP and GM, Travel & Corporate Insurance Group. He was an investor in IndustryBrains (sold to Marchex), on the Board of Fetchback (sold to GSI), Oggifinogi (sold to Collective) and current board member of Collective, PexCard, and Global Cash Access (NYSE: GCA) He’s a founding board member of Children for Children, and a Trustee for the Sacred Heart School in Manhattan for 6 years.

Matt Koetzle

Matt Koetzle retired from Genuine Parts Company in 2016 after a distinguished 30 year career.  He spent the majority of his career in the finance and accounting area, serving most recently as the Director of Shared Service Consolidations.  Matt also held the position of Director of Accounts Receivable Services as well as positions in operations, internal audit and information technology.  Matt has a proven track record of designing, implementing and operating high volume shared service organizations and business process outsourcing relationships.  Prior to Genuine Parts he worked in information technology and marketing roles for Better Brands, Inc. a distributor of the Miller Brewing Company.  Post retirement, Mr. Koetzle is consulting in the areas of business process outsourcing, business transformation and process improvement.  He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Management.

An investor in and advisor to both early- and growth-stage technology companies, he is presently at Paydiant, a mobile commerce company and also serves on the board of advisors for The SpendSmart Payments Company (SSPC:OB). His past affiliations include:  Capco (now part of FIS Global), Unisys, KPMG Consulting (aka BearingPoint) and Citigroup. Vince is chief executive officer and founder of LendKey, driving the vision and strategy for the company while overseeing the executive management team. Before founding LendKey, Vince was the COO of DealerTrack, which built the nation’s first and largest credit portal connecting automotive dealerships to banks and credit unions. Previously, Vince was President of Ameritrade’s Institutional Client Division and was the CEO of OnMoney.com, an online personal financial management website. Vince has also held senior level positions at Citigroup including CTO of their U.S. Consumer Bank and COO of Citi Financial Interactive. He began his career at IBM and has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Polytechnic University.

Jeanne Sullivan

Jeanne M. Sullivan is a founding General Partner of StarVest Partners.  StarVest is a New York-based venture capital firm with approximately $400 million under management and invests in technology-enabled business services companies. Jeanne has over 20 years of venture capital experience and has spent 28 years in the technology sector encompassing both extensive operating and investing experience with technology companies and with AT&T and Bell Labs. Ms. Sullivan is a sought-after industry speaker on the subject of “how to get the wallets out of investors’ pocket”.  Jeanne serves on the board of the New York Venture Capital Association and serves as a member of the Astia Board of Trustees.   Her credentials also include: lousy golfer, baseball fanatic, sports addict, and oldest of eight kids where she learned the most about managing people and getting results. She was recently cited by Forbes as one of the VCs and entrepreneurs changing the world for women entrepreneurs.

Patricia M. Thorell

Comcast Communications (ret.)

Patty Thorell led the Cable Cash Management organization of Comcast Communications for more than 25 years.  In this role, Patty was integral to cable acquisitions, growing from 1 million video subscribers to more than 22 million multi product customers, responsible for the transition and integration of payment technologies, products and processes.  Under her leadership, Patty drove development, support, and operations supporting over 23,000,000 payment transactions per month.  Relationship management with internal and external partnerships was key to her successes.  Additionally, she was the Executive Business Sponsor of the Cable Division Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance, and was responsible for the company’s Abandoned Property and Escheat filings.  Paper suppression is an important corporate sustainability initiative as well as significant financial benefit.  Branding (Eco-Bill) and initiating suppression strategies, Patty drove this major initiative to more than 30% of subscriber statements each month. Patty founded the Comcast NBC Universal Payment Council with the objective of bringing together the diverse Comcast Corporation enterprise divisions to internally benchmark and share best practices and resources.  She has spoken and participated in national payment forums including NACHA and Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), and was an active corporate representative on the Merchant Payment Roundtable. Patty has been an active member in Women in Cable Television (WICT) participant for many years, including several years as Mentor in the Philadelphia Chapter.  Patty was a fellow, Class 29, of the Betsey Magness Leadership Institute, WICT’s flagship executive leadership program and an alumnus of the Leadership Philadelphia program.  Other continuing community interests include commitments to women and educational programs. A native of Philadelphia, Patty graduated with a degree in Accounting from LaSalle University and continues to reside in the Philadelphia area with her husband.  She has a grown son, living in New York City; other interests include travel in the United States and abroad, often with including golf.

Mark Walsh

Mark Walsh is executive chairman of Homesnap.com, a technology and mobile platform company in the residential real estate market.. He was the ceo and co-founder of GeniusRocket, a leader in “crowdsourced” advertising media. Before GeniusRocket, Mark served as Chairman and CEO of VerticalNet and was Senior VP and corporate officer at America Online. He also was the President of GEnie, General Electric's online service, and as director of New Business Development at Home Box Office in New York. Since 2002, Mr. Walsh has managed a small angel/venture fund. Investments include: NutriSystems, Blackboard, Half.com, Day Software, Transactis, MobilePosse, SpectrumK12 Solutions and others. He was the first CTO of the Democratic National Committee and head of Internet Strategy for John Kerry’s campaign for President. He serves on the board of the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington. He is Trustee Board Chair of his alma mater, Union College in NY, Board Chair to the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Univ. of MD School of Business, and was Founding Board Chair the New Leaders Council, a training organization for young adults focusing on political entrepreneurship. He served on the boards of the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Baltimore Symphony.
